A mash up of snapshots from this month which has gone by so fast...I've been working on a really interesting project that has been keeping me quite busy. Trying to hang out with my brothers has been my top priority though. Pierce is learning how to skate so it's been fun watching Philip Charles try to teach him and lose total patience.

Don't you just love that amazing feeling after you get your hair cut? I usually spend hours just touching my hair, trying to get use to it's new shape or texture. I spent my Sunday afternoon at Arrojo with Bonnie and Claire for a much needed trim. The one thing I love about the stylists that do my hair is that they truly listen to you.

As much as I love my natural curly hair I had to have them straiten it...I love how light it feels. How bouncy the loose curls move...it's sort of amazing, you strait hair curls have all the fun! Feeling a tad bit under the weather I pulled together a look that was the easiest thing to pull off the floor and onto my body.

Can't help but smile with all the amazing weather we've been having, any reason to keep wearing shorts makes me happy though. Long Island is beautiful in the spring. All the trees and grass...something I tend to miss being in the city.

{ A/X } red and petals

I knew that If I wanted to wear the color red and if it was in dress form then It would have to be perfect. Perfect shape, length, structure.

This A/X Armani Exchange maxi dress is my introduction into spring. Pairing it with a leather jacket and studded gold flats toughened up the look a bit. So girly, yet so extremely sexy and badass. I have a feeling I'll be packing this whole outfit in my suitcase when I escape to France this summer.

I gave myself an excuse to buy flowers today. Too beautiful a day to stay indoors, plus my pink roses died. If I told you that I picked out flowers to go with my dining room i'd be lying. The whole time I just compared everything to the red of the dress. Haha.
