Yet Again collaborating with one of my all time favorite brands and scents (not even kidding I have too many perfumes from Juicy...) Not only have I partnered up with Juicy Couture in giving away a Surfboard and $1000 gift card to one lucky follower, but also I'm showing you whats my "La La". We all have that super fabulous fantasy world we all live in or wish we did haha.

 Mine is traveling, discovering new things and friends. I seriously can't live without my friends especially the childhood ones. I couldn't make it to Biarritz this month so Biarritz came here! Agate, Morgan and several other kids I grew up to traveled out to spend some time with me and help me move. I mean life savers right? I have some pretty best friends, I couldn't live without. We spent the whole day unpacking and checking out my new neighborhood. 

The East Village is amazing and I'm so excited to discover some hidden gem ( restaurants etc...)
Now for the fun part which is the giveaway...I don't think I've ever given away something quite this amazing before.

Some Change

Tonight is my last night in my apartment before I move tomorrow morning. So many thoughts are going thru my head. It's scary ya know just leaving something that held so so SO many memories all the good and the bad. It's a scary feeling to think that this place will be just a memory come tomorrow.

Took these photos last week when I decided to walk around my neighborhood with no tights on, It wasn't as cold as it is now. Living on the upper east side/Spanish Harlem is rad, I love my deli guy I know my mailman's name and the people in 13G are the sweetest, always taking my packages when I'm not home...but it's time for a change, change is always good. :)

Coffee break

It's been such a busy week that taking time and catching up with friends yesterday was much, much needed! Wore a tweed oversized coat, layered over an old yet extremely warm Cynthia Vincent jacket.   Picked up some coffee at Saturday's with Kim and shopped around soho for nothing...nothing really. Sometimes I like to just walk into stores and mentally browse around. I've been doing a lot of that lately but with furniture! My moving search is finally over. Found a great apartment in the East Village can't wait to decorate and make this place super cozy, been pinning so much lately. I use to not be so active on Pinterest but I think i finally get it?! Kick'in it

My mom has had this sweater for as long as I can remember. I use to wear this in high school with really ugly puma pants and black converse. Just the other day my friends were reminding me how weirdly I use to dress. I had this Roca Wear pink terry cloth jumpsuit I would sleep in and then scooter myself to class in at least twice a week...*cringe* 

Good to know some things do change...terry cloth is awful especially when dyed in pink and please, please don't wear it in jumpsuit form. I'm sticking to the basics these days and with all the packing I'm doing with my move i've found a lot of simple jeans I'd been pushing aside.

Gyspy woman

It's getting cold people, time to bundle up. Take everything you own and just wear it. Pile on the piles and walk around looking homeless...don't think the homeless wear Nanette Lepore scarfs or topshop but you get my point right?

As usual been spending most of my time in Soho meeting up with friends, eating at Park and getting coffee at my favorite spot. I've been in major layer mode...sorta going back to my roots on this one, in terms of layering. Wore a stripped dress under a sweater under a huge vintage jacket that keeps me warm beyond believe!
 I have to tell you guys It's been a really hectic past two weeks. I'm moving to Brooklyn in February and moving is..exciting but scary! I have so much stuff to pack it's making my head hurt but It's going to be all so worth it in the end.

Winter rides

Hung out with Pierce at the same park my mother use to bring Philip Charles and I as children. Nothing has changed..and I mean nothing the same rides and all. Wore a coat I pick up with my friend Alicia when vintage shopping in Paris, sure to keep me warm on those cold New York nights and my new favorite velvet skirt. I'm so in love with the  Lilly Ashwell's collection, I love soft materials so I knew It has to be mine, decided to break it in while roaming the streets of Paris.

Sur le Quai

Sometimes it's okay to be super touristy even in the place you grew up. Paris is so beautiful revisiting things you've seen countless times still seems like the first. Philip Charles brought me to  the American book store. "Shakespeare and Company" If ever you're in the area it's at:
 37 rue de la Bucherie.
Walking into this place again was like literally walking into a memory box...it had been over 10 years since i'd walked in and I was flooded with all these memories, my mom bought me Le petit prince in english at that store and Alice and wonderland...I remember this is where my love for reading began. I'd sit in this little cove up on the first floor in the back right behind the smallest staircase in the world and read. Unfortunately pictures are not allowed at the bookstore, but that's the beauty of it all. I have no clue or care if this place is touristic. That bookstore has such great vibes  and so does walking up and down the quai de Montebello. So next time you're in town or if you're in town take an afternoon and visit.
