Some Sunday morning inspiration for you all on this warm Easter morning.
 I love surfing videos, been watching them years, they didn't help learn how to surf any better but  I learned boys have cute butts in wetsuits and girls can shred to!
Also I grab inspiration from just about anywhere and I think we forget it's not just pretty looking girls running thru fields with long flowing hair that can inspire us. It's also girls that kick ass!! Like major ASS.

{Food} Bread

Whenever I wake up early enough to actually have food that I can call breakfast and not lunch I feel like I did my job as a human the very similar feeling of when I switch out a light bulb.

If you follow me on Instagram then you must have seen all my "foodie" pictures. And by popular demand I'm going to do something groundbreaking...Food Friday. I know it's something that's never been done. I'm so innovative.

I feel like I get emails or  Tumblr questions every single day about where to eat in New York.

Bread. I've only been here once or twice and ordered the Avocado Egg Sandwich accompanied with a yummy side salad. They serve real food in the morning too and since I like to have fries with everything I'll be back.

Layered a spring dress over a new Isabel Marant top I bought in soho over the weekend. I unfortunately found yet another  store downtown that will kill me and my bank. I don't like to spend much money on things, but why not treat yourself once in a while? 

Hope everyone enjoys their Easter weekend. I'm about to head down to Long Island to spend time with my family & friends and eat really bad fast food since my dad cant cook and loves Wendy's.

I see my sock obsession growing before my eyes and there is nothing you, nor I can do about it. And don't think that the fact it's getting warmer will slow it down either, might actually make it worse or in my eyes better. Also it's not my fault Stance has the best socks!

Wore one of my simplest of jackets the other day. Don't mix u simple with boring, cause it's far from that. Jackets like these are so easy to play around with and perfect for layering.

{ French Connection } Make a Scene

I'd like to call today my "sit around the house and be sick" day. Where I spend countless hours on the internet, which mind you is not that bad considering that the always and forever cool over people over at French Connection launched a feature called "Make a scene" Which allows anyone to create their own short movie. 

It's probably the easiest feature to play around with.
you pick a scene / edit the sequence / add a soundtrack (I like the panic songs) / Add a special effect and then a title...Voila! 

I'm adding film director to my resume. 

*You can even win a $500 shopping spree and a chance to have your film played on the French Connection website and in stores...* 

I've been sitting in bed all morning sucked into this, it's hard to stop wanting to make more videos, plus the clothes are so pretty so naturally i'm drawn in.

Comfy on 9th

I don't think I've ever owned such a unique piece of jewelry like this necklace. I paired it with my favorite Kenzo sweater which I found online again (here) but in blue. Which I think is equally as charming, especially (in my humble opinion) if you pair them with clogs, but I think anything looks good with clogs. My roommates beg to differ since, I admit if you've been following my instagram you might have seen my latest trend. Some wacky morning I had decided to wear clogs with little troll socks, actually mistaken for a Santa print which made it so much funnier.

Wore this outfit to brunch on Monday and naturally went to my favorite brunch spot in the East Village, Mud Cafe. I'm aware that I need to mix this up a bit but sometimes repetition is nice. And I've been ordering the same thing for three years so why stop the crazy now?

Took these photos a while back when it was a bit warmer in New York, can't say the same now. I found these high waisted capri pants at one of my favorite boutiques in the East Village called Meg. A friend of mine works there so I love popping in and saying hello. My last visit I hadn't planned on "shopping" But I after just catching a glimpse of these pants I immediately feel in love. I think every girl needs the perfect capri pant. Normally they make me think of my mother, but there is something so sexy and retro about a good pair of high waisted ones. Which brings me to my past Destination board to Paris. Don't know remember but I had mainly focused it on this sort of pant. You can check it out here.
